The İzmir State Turkic World Dance and Music Ensemble, which has been operating since 2008 under the auspices of the Ministry of Culture and Tourism of the Republic of Türkiye, General Directorate of Fine Arts, aims to promote the music and dances of the Turkish world in Türkiye and abroad, and holds numerous performances throughout the year.

The ensemble plays traditional music and dances from Anatolia, Kirkuk, Mosul, Azerbaijan, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Uzbekistan, Khwarezm, East Turkestan-Ughur, Turkmenistan, Kashkai, Tatarstan, Crimea, Nogai, Turkish Republic of Northern Cyprus, Chuvashia, Bashkortostan, Tuva, Khakassia, Saha, Yakutia, Altai, Gagauzia, Karachay-Balkaria, Karachay-Kumuk, Rumelia and the Balkans.

The İzmir State Turkic World Dance and Music Ensemble, which continues its activities in its private building inside the İzmir Culture and Arts Factory, meets its fans with educational concerts for children, museum performances, dance performances and open space concerts.
